About the project
One of the projects delivered by our agency that received international recognition was the presentation catalogue we worked on for Accord Estates, one of the most prestigious real estate agencies in Europe. The International Property Awards designated Accord Estates as the Best Real Estate Agency Europe for 2017 - 2018. The decision of the 10 members of the jury was taken based on a single material that was meant to convince them of all premium qualities of Accord Estates (innovation in marketing and sales instruments, technological awareness and constant investment in improving the real estate agency’s activity): a printed presentation catalogue.
The biggest challenge of the project was to create an interactive printed material that would grow interest and curiosity for anyone who browsed through it. We wanted the jury to be continuously provoked and surprised when reaching new chapters or catalogue sections. This is why extensive pages, business card pockets, all sorts of cutouts together with graphic design “seasonings” came in very handy. Take a look!
